1.Speciality and usage:
This product combined special thermoset phenolic resin and thermoplastic phenolic resin as base material, adding fiber glass and other filler, appending composite condensat, through special heat refine to crank out granuler form phenolic moulding compound。It is suitable for common injection moulding method, it belong to high-temperature resisting prevent burning and high strength product. Suitable for making high strength electric and other accessory with high-temperature resisting, prevent burning and water. This product have been passed new products of province grade on December of 2003.

1) Fluidity（Raschig）and Shrinkage are determined by supplier and user, Above
     index are only for reference.
2) May not be pre-heated before moulding, But should be degased one or twice.
3) The moulding condition can be adjusted according to actual size, thickness, usage
     of products and different moulding equipment. In principle, the quality of finished
     products can not be decreased.
4) Above Moulding reference condition are only instruction and suggestion. Because
     the quality of our products are keeping improving, The techincal data are
     changing, Sorry for no advice again.

4. Packing and storage:
    25kg net weight in one PP woven bag, inner lined with PE film, Package printed with
    our brand”JIAMIN”and product type, Lot number, Weight and manufacturer.

Storage should Avoid moisture, heat, Stored in dry and cool room with ventilation, Could not be nearby fire or exposed to sunlight. Storage period: 12 months from the date when the product is manufactured. It exceed limit, test should be undertaken. It can be used if test shows good.
